How do I book an appointment?

Book online here or send us a message on instagram.

Are there age restrictions for permanent jewellery?

Yes! The minimum age is 8, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult. We do also offer bracelets with removable clasps for under 8.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Our availability varies, so we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you're accommodated. While we strive to accommodate walk-ins within our opening hours, however there's a chance we may not be able to fit you in. Please contact us beforehand.

How should I care for my permanent jewellery?

To maintain your jewellery's quality, we recommend cleaning it with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, and always dry your jewellery after showering or water exposure.

Can I add charms on at a later date?

Yes, you can return at a later date to add on additional charms. Please schedule this as a jewellery repair appointment.

Can I return my permanent jewellery?

Our permanent jewellery is made to measure, we don’t offer a return or refund on them. If there are any issues within 90 days, please get in touch on with us on basilanddandelion@hotmail.com

Can my permanent jewellery be removed for surgery or MRI?

Yes, your permanent jewellery can be removed at home by cutting the jump ring with sharp scissors.

However, if you book a jewellery repair service, we will remove it for you we can then re-weld it back on when you’re ready to.
